To strongly build the corporate image, we provided a digital PR plan in integrated ways. We focused on the practical direction that can attract media, consumers, and stakeholders effectively, offering a new way of PR communication by creating “The 1 Insight”. The data insight report according to The 1’s New Wealth member data strengthened brand status as Thailand’s No. 1 loyalty platform. Moreover, we also provided various PR tactics and supported content to enhance a connection between consumers and the brand, while showing the best of being part of The 1 brand and community with insightful experiences.
